After Working Two Jobs to Pay Rent it still wasn’t enough. The Year after my rent went up and then the worst thing happened. Someone caused a fire a floor above me and the sprinkler system ended up going off. I lost everything!!! That day the management told me I didn’t make enough money to live there anyways, so I should take whatever I had left of my daughter’s and my belongings and move out.
I couldn’t believe what was happening. Since they made me leave I decided I was not going to pay them that months rent. So now I was back at my mothers with my child and lost everything I worked hard for. Over $9,000 in furniture, and most of my clothes, my daughters toys and furniture all just thrown in the trash. But now its done and over with. Ill never apply for apartments owned by heritage properties ever again.
